Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy. Here’s how you can manage or cancel these purchases:

Subscriptions
 • Subscriptions deliver automatically based on the schedule you choose.
 • Payments are stored securely and charged per delivery unless you prepay.
 • Some subscriptions auto-renew. To stop renewal, you can cancel anytime.
 • To change or cancel, use the links in your order confirmation email.

Pre-orders
 • Pre-orders are for items not yet in stock.
 • We may charge a deposit or authorize your payment at checkout, then charge the full amount once the item ships.
 • You can cancel a pre-order before it’s fulfilled. Once delivered, you can request a full or partial refund based on the Returns Policy (see Returns Policy).
