Digital Products

Our digital products and downloads are delivered via email immediately after purchase. Available worldwide. If you don’t receive your content within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at [hello@amethira.com].

Physical Products

We aim to ship all physical orders within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and carrier service.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We currently only ship domestically in the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties, where applicable.

Pre-Orders & Waitlists

Some items may be listed as pre-order or waitlist. Estimated shipping timelines will be listed on the product page and in your confirmation email. We appreciate your excitement and patience.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist you. However, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays or errors.
