Digital Products

All sales of digital products/subscriptions are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you have questions before purchasing, we encourage you to reach out — we’re here to help.

Physical Products

We want you to love your tools. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. Returns are accepted for unused items in their original packaging only.

Customers are responsible for return shipping/restocking fees if applicable, unless the item is confirmed to be broken or defective.

Final Sale Items

Some items may be marked final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
