🕯 Try This Ritual: “Settle into Joy”
- Find a quiet space.
- Breathe deeply and evenly.
- Visualize a moment in your life that brought you pure joy. Stay there for a breath.
- Then repeat slowly:
“I am peaceful and at ease.” (for 10 breaths)
“I have full control over my actions and reactions.” (for 10 breaths)
“I choose what I allow into my life.” (for 10 breaths)
This practice takes less than 10 minutes, but the shift in your body is noticeable.
It reconnects you to your agency. Your joy. Your presence.
